No, there is no registration fee. There are only fees for auction listings and end of auctions. The listing fees are flat rates and depend on the initial bid value. The end of auction fee is a variable percentage of the final price.

No we do not, but you may list an animal for sale with a "buy it now" option. This strategy allows both buyer and seller "instant transactions" via PayPal®, a better alternative then a simple classified listing.
